This half-day or full-day course introduces end users to the Crystal Enterprise 10 Web Desktop, the easy-to-use interface to Crystal Enterprise 10. Coverage includes logging on, navigating folders, and viewing reports and third-party objects. An expanded full-day course will add on Web Desktop organization and report scheduling options.

This two-day hands-on course explores the technical aspects of administering a Crystal Enterprise 10 system in a Windows environment, including architectural discussions, server components, configuration techniques, and troubleshooting approaches. An actual Crystal Enterprise Windows installation will be performed as part of the course.

Introduction to Crystal Enterprise 9 RAS Edition
This one-day or two-day hands-on course explores the Crystal Enterprise 9 Report Application Server (RAS) Edition. This course delves into this entry-level approach to Crystal web reporting. Coverage includes simple integration with ePortfolio Lite, as well as more advanced and customized integration. An optional second day covers more advanced integration using Active Server Pages.
